Plot:Ramesh a law student and Hemnalini are in love. But father of Ramesh orders him to marry with Susheela, daughter of a widow. That widows plea soften Ramesh and he marries Susheela. After wedding Ramesh and his newly wed bride journey back to Kolkata in a boat. The boat capsizes due to a strong storm. Ramesh find a newly wed bride on some distance and they go to Kolkata by train. Hemnalini do not have any knowledge about these events in Ramesh’s life. Actually the bride is Kamala and not the Susheela. Ramesh mistaken her as Susheela due to the darkness. Her husband is a doctor. Ramesh put ads in newspapers but can not find her husband.
