A large Multinational Telecom Company is looking for the following:

Title - Global Account Manager

Reporting to – India Country Sales Manager Function - Sales

Position Summary:

To manage the global customer relationship for the Client's Multinational customer accounts across all operating companies, affiliates and partners and drive profitable revenue contribution, customer satisfaction and increased market share from integrated product, service and mobile solution offerings.


•Responsible for the strategic management of the Client's Global Enterprise accounts and delivery of profitable, long term business of those accounts to the Client.
•Ensure delivery of all financial targets including revenue, connections for voice and data, market share and net margin contribution.
•Leadership of global customer relationship through matrix management of National Account Managers and across the Client's Global Enterprise value chain
•Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers.
•Works collaboratively to ensure delivery of all agreed service requirements for nominated accounts. Provides direction by identifying customer requirements and agrees and ensures delivery of agreed service levels.
•Responsible for content of proposals submitted to customer, both in response to requests for proposal and proactive.


•Must have P&L experience. Account management with full P and L responsibility for an Account of an estimated revenue of circa Euro 12 m +. Strategic acquisition of High net accounts profitably per year.
•Track record of global accounts/ enterprise solution selling.
•International lived and worked abroad or worked in a global account management role for large amount of time.
•Deep knowledge of mobile data application development and operations, technical sales background preferable.
•Deep knowledge of fixed line services & application development, operations, technical sales background preferable
•Experience in complex change management and operating in a matrix, fast moving and technical environment.
•Ability to manage an international and distributed team.
•Good people management skills.
