Sr. Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
Provide overall HR leadership for the organization, both in terms of providing clear
strategic direction for the function and ongoing operational support and guidance.
Responsible for the strategic plan of human resources function.
In charge of manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation &
benefits, performance management and employee relation.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal
opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Report directly to Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration/Management,
Human Resource, Psychology, and Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): provide overall HR leadership for the organization, set up balance
scorecard, implementing KPI to all divisions, evaluating employee, Industrial Relation Act.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Human
Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
