
Team blogging is a good idea for publishing articles regularly. Small team or group of people or friends may contribute to one blog and get their objective in minimum time. A team blog is created by one member of group, this member is called blog administrator. Blog admin can add or invite other members to contribute to this blog. Blog admin can invite more than one members at once. After accepting invitation via email confirmation blog admin can set any of the blog members as admin who have same permission as admin. Other members who have just author permission can create, edit and publish their own post any time. Only blog admin has rights to delete other member's posts or have rights for all posts published, scheduled or drafted. Only blog admin can modify blog settings and template. Time management is key of success for team blogs.
As Google authorship is most desirable now days, each member can avail benefit of this if he have Google+ profile and added this blog on Google+ profile as a contributor.
How to add or invite blog authors to Blogger blog?
1. Go to Blogger Dashboard › Switch to settings › Basic › Permissions › Blog Authors › Click on +Add authors › Add emails separated by comma › Click on Invite authors button
2. You're done. Invited members receive request on their email. By clicking on the link given in email invitee confirms the request.
3. After confirming request his/her name and email will appear on the Blog Authors list.
4. Now blog admin can give permission of admin to any of the member.
